Move it or Lose it!
The Move it or Lose it fitness classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve you flexibility, agility, aerobic health, balance and strength for greater strength. All exercises can be done seated or standing depending on your ability.
Classes take place every Wednesday between 1.30pm - 2.30pm in the Surgery waiting room. If you are interested or require additional information please contact Reception and ask for Jemma. Alternately please email the instructor Martha on firstname.lastname@example.org
