COMPUTER UPGRADE & REPEAT PRESRIPTIONS

The Stennack Surgery is getting a new computer system & need your help....

If you are due to order your repeat medication between the Fri 22nd May - Tue 2nd June please order your repeat medication in your normal way - but please try to do this before Fri 22nd May to help the Stennack Surgery Team during our computer system upgrade.

Your repeat medication will only be ready to collect at your normal due date however - so please don’t try to collect your repeat medication early.

If you would not normally order your repeat medication until after Tue 2nd June you DO NOT need to order early and can just order in your normal way after 2nd June.

Please be aware that ‘The Waiting Room’ service will be suspended from 22nd May until further notice. From 22nd May onwards please contact your chosen pharmacy or the prescription line (01736 793333 and select option 1) to make your requests.

Thanks for your continued support.

MEDICINE WHILST MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCING

Life has changed dramatically in the last few weeks in every walk of life. We at The Stennack Surgery have made significant changes to how we deliver healthcare whilst trying to keep our patients and staff safe and protected from Coronavirus/COVID 19.

We remain open for business. We shall be working more "remotely" to maintain our social distance. We are increasing online services. Medications can be ordered online or via phone. Consultations where possible will taken on the phone or via a video consultation, we can still see you if we need to. Blood tests are happening via a window into the nurses room. Keeping you in the fresh air.

Please explore the website, the changes and ways to access help are explained throughout.
