Thank you to The Stennack Surgery from Cornwall Christmas Box

The Stennack Surgery have chosen to support the Cornwall Christmas Box appeal this Christmas and have donated food so some of the poorest families in Cornwall can still enjoy Christmas.  The Salvation Army very kindly collected the Stennack Surgery’s food donations last week ready to distribute to those in need.  Cornwall Christmas Box put together boxes which contain enough food for Christmas dinner for a family of 4-6 people, with some extra little treats like mince pies, biscuits, and of course Christmas pudding! A typical box costs around £30-£40 and will be distributed to those in need by Cornwall Council, Children’s Centres and other local charities working with disadvantaged families in Penzance, St Ives and Newquay.

The Stennack Surgery has a new Community Hub within their waiting room.  Please click on the Community Hub tab for more information.
